Question: Is the app bilingual?

Answer: Yes, the App is bilingual. You can choose your preferred language when logging in, or via the settings menu if you are already logged in.

Question: How do I access the On Demand content?

Answers: Click on the content and you will receive a prompt to subscribe. You can also subscribe via the settings menu inside the app.

Question: What is in the On Demand section?

Answer: You can browse the On Demand section even if you are not yet subscribed to see what content you can get, you just can't access the content. The section has videos, MP3 audio, unpublished notes, and other resources.

Question: Why do I see duplicate content from other sections in On Demand?

Answer: We have added the PDF version of the Study Notes to On Demand. On Demand subscribers can download the PDF version of the notes to their device for offline use, and also see the study notes page numbering.

Question: What was the point of subscribing? I don't see the benefit...It seems all I have done is pay to access study notes. Not what I expected.

Answer: The Study Notes and Resources sections of the app are text-based which allows searching to enhance your study experience. These text-based resources are not downloadable. We have added downloadable versions of some notes in the On-Demand section so users can download them for convenient offline use.
