You may return new, unopened items sold by Secrets Unsealed, to Secrets Unsealed at its place of business, within 30 days of delivery, for a partial or full refund. Call us at 559-264-2300 for your Return Authorization Number (RMA#) and to make arrangements for your return. All sales and/or monthly specials are final, and may not be returned or refunded. MP3 formats may not be returned unless proven  to be defective.  If an item is defective, please call us within 30-days of delivery for further instructions. Items returned without the RMA# are not authorized returns and will not be refunded.
